I shelled out for next day delivery, and here I am, two weeks later, still without my order.

I really like these jackets, but I was bummed that the black one wasn’t in stock when I ordered. Ended up getting the navy instead. Overall, I’ve got about six of these jackets now.

I've consistently been impressed with the customer support. I look for top-notch service - Workwear Crew has always come through on schedule, providing high-quality branded items and making it easy to chat when I needed some info. Nobody's perfect, but these folks are pretty darn close.

Steer clear of wasting your time.

After I placed my order, I was informed that the item would arrive in a week! I ended up waiting 14 days before I shot them an email to check on the status, and they told me it was out for delivery and to give it a few more days! I waited another week, asked again, and they said they would contact DPD and get back to me. They never did! All this while I didn’t receive any dispatch or tracking info! I’ve now had to initiate a chargeback with my bank to reclaim my money! What a total waste of time! Honestly, I wouldn’t trust them to walk my dog, let alone anything else.

There’s been zero communication from your end—no order confirmation, no invoice, no delivery details, and no return instructions. I was promised a callback, but that never happened. Totally unacceptable. *Edit after your reply: How am I supposed to locate this order number? I haven’t received one, and my crystal ball is out of order, so that’s not a helpful answer. I’ve sent an email asking for guidance on what to do next, and I hope this becomes your main focus. I can’t be the only one facing these problems, so it shouldn’t take too long to sort out, right?
